2. Kardena:

October 2024 we spent over 107k with ROAS of 3.4
November 2023 – First time day in history over 30k (first day of BF sale)

3. Kardena.eu international Expansion
- Goal was to expand brand into other European markets. We started with 1 small (Slovenia) and 1 big (Poland).
- We translated the English content to both languages, improved structure of the page and created google ads campaigns for both markets + English campaign for rest of Europe
- Starting point was 19k revenue in 2024, optimisation started in FEB 2025
- Already in FEB25, we did over 6k of revenue
- MAR25 we did over 20k revenue, beating last whole year’s revenue
- Both targeted countries, saw almost 10x in sales compared to FEB
4. Hisa-Kovin (lead gen)
Hisa-Kovin.com – Metal and Inox Fences Manufacturer (Slovenia)
Client’s Request: The client approached us with straightforward instructions: “We want more leads. Do what you have to.” No detailed requirements, just complete trust and freedom—a dream scenario!
Our Actions:
- ✅ Full website redesign, delivering a fresh, modern online presence

Results Achieved:
- 🌟 Increased SEO impressions dramatically—from 30 daily impressions in October to a steady 700-800 daily impressions currently

5. Bezahlbare Blumen
Flower e-commerce shop in Germany. They also for long time had low budget and steady sales. After we optimized campaigns and convinced them to spend more, revenue doubled!
Currently they have 700-800% ROI and constantly stable sales.
60% of their revenue comes from Google Ads.
SEP 2021:
May 2022
Despite end of COVID and shift back to in-store shopping, website is constantly growing, gaining more market share and is becoming one of top flower resellers in Germany.
Current Setup:
-ROAS between 6 and 7!
In October-November 2024 we managed to get another push mainly out of PMAX campaigns
- Despite lower budget (capped below 50% of possible impressions) – this is the maximum what they can ship we see:
-more than 30% YOY reduction of cost, 22% more revenue
-ROAS over 13!
6. Sivalna –tehnika
The biggest sewing machine reseller in Slovenia. I started to work with them in May 2017. After 1 Month, they reached biggest income, since they measure conversions.
Below are data from April 2020. Despite COVID, we saw enormous growth in online sales:
-compared to April 2019 we got 160% more users
-cost went up by 125%
-they had over 300% growth in sales and revenue

-113% sales growth
-121% revenue growth
-same ROI as last year, though budget increased for more than 100% and click price for almost 30%
Currently, they have ROAS between 8 and 9
7. APESA.ch
E-commerce shop with children’s toys and Christmas lights. Data from Q2 & Q3 2020, compared to same period in 2019 (they were managing adwords alone back then)

In the season of 2021 (March – August) we managed to increase revenue by 37.75%, despite 2021 being worse for the industry as 2020 (biggest sales happened during covid lockdowns)

9. Limasbaby:
Baby carrier retailer in Germany. They work with us for more than 3 years.

10. Caretronic – Lead gen
Very niche segment of Nurse Call Systems. The challenge was a high CPC, compared to E-Commerce. Quality of the leads is therefore very important.
Data shown is Feb2023-Nov2023 VS Feb-Nov2022
-Despite going away from Branding campaigns (display, Youtube), they massively increased their results:
-80% higher account spend.
-95% more conversions, with better quality as previous year
-lower CPA
In the same time, they got more leads through SEO

12. SEO Results:
Hisa-kovin.com
- Starting with just over 60-70 impressions per day in OCT24 going up to 700-800 in MAR, APR 2025. We have many competitive keywords on page 1 of Google. 8x more clicks in the past 3 months as before, 14 avg. positions gained
Stular.com
Client made a new website and joined 2 domains into one. Developers didn’t know basic SEO and forgot to make 301 from the old to new URLs. Therefore, client lost 80% of traffic and REVENUE.
We took the following steps: Identify old URLs and New URLs, create proper 301 re-directs, suggest better website Title, Meta description and made sure Google is indexing website properly.
Results:
- 300% more impressions in only 3 months, compared to 3 months before
- 80% more clicks compared to previous period
After just 3 months, the customer got back all his lost traffic and recovered a big portion of his revenue.

We improved UX, Categories, added new products, created content and made technical SEO Optimisation.
