By engaging our services, you agree to adhere to these terms. Services Provided<\/h3><p class=\"elementor-image-box-description\">Adworld Internet Marketing Klemen Kveder s.p. offers various digital marketing services, including but not limited to search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, pay-per-click advertising (PPC), content creation, and website design. The precise services provided will be specified in the project proposal or agreement.\n\n<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-50dab6e elementor-widget elementor-widget-image-box\" data-id=\"50dab6e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image-box.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-image-box-wrapper\"><div class=\"elementor-image-box-content\"><h3 class=\"elementor-image-box-title\">3. Client Responsibilities<\/h3><p class=\"elementor-image-box-description\">a. <strong>Cooperation:<\/strong> The Client agrees to provide all necessary information, materials, and access required for the successful execution of the agreed-upon services while ensuring GDPR compliance.<br><br>\n\n\nb. <strong>Data Protection:<\/strong> The Client is responsible for ensuring that any personal data provided for marketing campaigns is collected and processed in compliance with GDPR regulations. This includes obtaining any necessary consents or permissions from data subjects.\n\n.<br><br>\n\nc.<strong> Approvals:<\/strong> The Client is responsible for promptly reviewing and approving marketing materials, strategies, and any other deliverables provided by the Company in accordance with GDPR guidelines.\n\n<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-997cb99 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image-box\" data-id=\"997cb99\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image-box.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-image-box-wrapper\"><div class=\"elementor-image-box-content\"><h3 class=\"elementor-image-box-title\">4. Payment<\/h3><p class=\"elementor-image-box-description\">a. <strong>Fees:<\/strong> The Client agrees to pay the Company the agreed-upon fees for the services outlined in the project proposal or agreement. Payment details and schedules will also be outlined in the proposal.\n\n<br><br>\nb. <strong>Invoices:<\/strong> Invoices will be sent to the Client based on the agreed payment schedule. All invoices are payable within the specified timeframe.\n\n<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b72cadf elementor-widget elementor-widget-image-box\" data-id=\"b72cadf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image-box.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-image-box-wrapper\"><div class=\"elementor-image-box-content\"><h3 class=\"elementor-image-box-title\">5. Intellectual Property<\/h3><p class=\"elementor-image-box-description\">a.<strong>Client Content:<\/strong> The Client retains ownership of any content provided to the Company for use in marketing campaigns. The Client grants the Company a license to use this content for the purposes of fulfilling the agreed-upon services while adhering to GDPR regulations.\n<br><br>\nb.<strong>Company<\/strong> Content: Any marketing materials, strategies, designs, and other content created by the Company during the engagement remain the property of the Company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.\n\n\n<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-616d324 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image-box\" data-id=\"616d324\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image-box.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-image-box-wrapper\"><div class=\"elementor-image-box-content\"><h3 class=\"elementor-image-box-title\">6. Confidentiality and Data Security<\/h3><p class=\"elementor-image-box-description\">Both parties agree to treat all non-public information obtained during the course of the engagement as confidential. The Company agrees to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data processed as part of the services, in line with GDPR requirements.\n\n<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c7398f0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image-box\" data-id=\"c7398f0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image-box.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-image-box-wrapper\"><div class=\"elementor-image-box-content\"><h3 class=\"elementor-image-box-title\">7. The Client will be responsible for payment of services rendered up until the termination date. Governing Law and GDPR Compliance<\/h3><p class=\"elementor-image-box-description\">This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered, and it shall also adhere to GDPR regulations.\n\n<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-39e97d9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image-box\" data-id=\"39e97d9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image-box.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-image-box-wrapper\"><div class=\"elementor-image-box-content\"><h3 class=\"elementor-image-box-title\">10.
