Services Provided<\/h2>\r\n    <p>We provide a range of digital marketing services, including SEO, social media marketing, pay-per-click advertising (PPC), content creation, and website design & development. The scope of work will be defined in the proposal or agreement with each Client.<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <h2 id=\"aw3\" class=\"aw-section-anchor\">3. Client Responsibilities<\/h2>\r\n    <ul>\r\n      <li><strong>Cooperation:<\/strong> The Client shall provide all necessary information, materials, and access to enable service delivery.<\/li>\r\n      <li><strong>Data Protection:<\/strong> The Client ensures that any personal data supplied is collected and processed in compliance with GDPR, including obtaining necessary consents.<\/li>\r\n      <li><strong>Approvals:<\/strong> The Client shall review and approve deliverables promptly.<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n\r\n    <h2 id=\"aw4\" class=\"aw-section-anchor\">4. Payment Terms<\/h2>\r\n    <ul>\r\n      <li><strong>Fees:<\/strong> Service fees are defined in the proposal or agreement.<\/li>\r\n      <li><strong>Invoices:<\/strong> Issued according to the agreed schedule and payable by the due date stated.<\/li>\r\n      <li class=\"aw-callout\"><strong>Late Payments:<\/strong>\r\n        <ul>\r\n          <li>A fixed recovery fee of <strong>\u20ac40<\/strong> applies.<\/li>\r\n          <li><strong>Statutory late payment interest<\/strong> at the rate of <strong>European Central Bank (ECB) reference rate + 5 percentage points<\/strong>, calculated from the due date until payment is received.<\/li>\r\n          <li>If recovery costs exceed \u20ac40, the Company reserves the right to claim additional reasonable recovery expenses.<\/li>\r\n        <\/ul>\r\n      <\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n\r\n    <h2 id=\"aw5\" class=\"aw-section-anchor\">5. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\r\n    <ul>\r\n      <li><strong>Client Content:<\/strong> The Client retains ownership of all content provided and grants the Company a license to use it solely for the provision of services.<\/li>\r\n      <li><strong>Company Content:<\/strong> All strategies, reports, and deliverables created by the Company remain its property unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n\r\n    <h2 id=\"aw6\" class=\"aw-section-anchor\">6. Confidentiality & GDPR Compliance<\/h2>\r\n    <p>Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of non-public information. The Company applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure compliance with <strong>GDPR<\/strong>. Termination<\/h2>\r\n    <p>Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. The Client remains liable for services delivered up to the termination date. The Company may terminate immediately in the event of a breach of these Terms.<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <h2 id=\"aw8\" class=\"aw-section-anchor\">8. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\r\n    <p>The Company shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Marketing outcomes depend on external factors, and success cannot be guaranteed.<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <h2 id=\"aw9\" class=\"aw-section-anchor\">9. Governing Law<\/h2>\r\n    <p>These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Slovenia. Modifications<\/h2>\r\n    <p>The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
